Shades of Grey !

No one thought things would reach till here
As i stand under the lamp post with this beer
Thinkin' about the days that have gone by
No excuses, No consequences - Just die!

Another chapter of this book is getting over
As always i was eager to reach the end
In haste, i missed a few scenes somewhere
Now, its time to find some other book to lend

Life seems to goin' back to the past
Tomorrow, i guess i will see yesterday again
The toil, the walks and the dust
And, above all, the most excruciating pain!

The pain of being away from someone
The pain of being close to just one
Or shall i say,
The pain of being amongst none!

I have always written about things that happen
Jus' stumbled upon them or lived them through
Now comes the time to live a moment...
of nostalgia with a cup of brew!

Next step to the next city...
Manipal to Mumbai in a few hours from today!
Have some accolades, some sorrows in my kitty
and of course,
My newly developed shades of grey!
